What started as a dream of our parents grew into a staple in the heart of Brussels. How it all began<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 1984, Snack Aim\u00e9 opened its doors for the first time. Ten years later, our parents took over the business after running a vegetable, fruit, and flower shop for years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With their love for fresh products and a solid dose of craftsmanship from the bakery and butcher world, they built Aim\u00e9 into what it is today: a warm place where quality, service, and freshness are central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From parents to sons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Raised with a spoon (and a bread knife), we – Steven and Roel – decided to continue building on what our parents started. For us, it’s a pleasure to pamper every customer with freshly made sandwiches, homemade preparations, and a personal approach. A friendly word, a wink with the order, and an extra scoop of love on your plate: that’s Snack Aim\u00e9. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

At Snack Aim\u00e9, we choose craftsmanship every day. Everything you taste with us, we make ourselves: from the steak tartare we grind four times a day to our soup, sandwich spreads, and spaghetti sauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We work with carefully selected local suppliers so that we only serve the best of the best on your plate. No industrial junk, just pure products. Lovingly prepared and served with pleasure. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Local and fresh, from us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Making delicious food starts with the right ingredients. That’s why we consistently work with reliable local suppliers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bread & fish<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our baguettes are delivered three times a day by a top Brussels bakery. We get our fish from Pesca Viva, a staple along the canal in Molenbeek. They also supply some top-class restaurants (which says enough about the quality of their products).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For our meat, we head to the Anderlecht slaughterhouse. Pork and chicken are supplied by DeLa Fresh, run by brothers Frederic and Maarten, who grew up on their parents\u2019 pig farm, and whom we can trust blindly. Just like Huriko Beef in Halle, our regular partner for beef, which sources its animals directly from the Ardennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vegetables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

And then there are the vegetables. We choose them ourselves, every week and according to the season, at the early market. What we find there, we use in soup, bolognese sauce, in spicy vegetable dishes, or simply raw and crunchy on your sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don’t buy finished products. We buy pure basic products and then work our magic with them. This way, every meal you eat with us remains completely Brussels. And above all: completely Aim\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
